On the 14th of April took place the Efficient and Sustainable Manufacturing (ESM) event in Brussels, hosted by the European Parliament and the Lombardy Region delegation office.
The Vanguard Initiative is a crucial alliance focused on stimulating industrial innovation and building European value-chains based on complementarities in regional smart specialisation strategies.
During the event “Efficient and sustainable manufacturing in Europe” on 14th of April, the work carried out and to be carried out in the coming months by the ESM Pilot demo-cases was presented and, in this context, the AI REDGIO 5.0 project and its objectives were reported by the Project Coordinator Sergio Gusmeroli from Politecnico di Milano. Also the project partners AFIL - Associazione Fabbrica Intelligente Lombardia, MADE - Competence Center Industry 4.0 and Brainport Industries attended the event.
